In the city of Tula on December 6-7 at the Park Hotel "Grumant", was held the Second International Tourism Forum. An important part of the forum was devoted to the prospects of children and youth educational tourism and to the initiatives for global and interregional tourist routes.

The Administration of Tula region reacted with great interest to the cultural initiatives proposed and promoted under the auspices of the Foundation Metropoli Bizanzio. At the meeting the representatives of the Foundation and of the Administration of the Tula region discussed future cooperation plans for 2014. Some issues such as the development of bilateral tourism exchange, organization and support of cultural initiatives needed to attract tourists and economic development of cities of Tula region were also discussed.
