The delegation of the Foundation Metropoli Byzanzio was accepted by the Assessore of Tourism Mr. Mirko Rinaldi and the responsible for Tourism Mr. Giancarlo Pettinari.

The city has presented the three main activities for their possible inclusion in the unique program of ACEB:
1. August Donation of the Holy Thorn
2. Umbria Film Festival in July
3. End of October Feast of the Forest

After the official meeting, the delegation visited the City Museum and done the tour of the city.
