19–22 March 2014. Cities Heirs of Byzantium Association (ACEB) took part in the 21st International Tourism Exhibition MITT / Travelling and Tourism 2014

Cities Heirs of Byzantium Association (ACEB) participated in the 21st International Tourism Exhibition MITT, held from 19th to 22nd March 2014 in the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" (Moscow).

At the show the ACEB Association presented the following projects:
- Application for mobile phones and tablets ÀÑÅÂ-GUIDE
- Photo-album "Cities-Heirs of Byzantium – 2014"
- "Cultural routes of Europe. Byzantine cities of Italy and Russia"

MITT — is the largest international Tourism Exhibition in Russia and one of the five leading travel exhibitions in the world which rightfully received wide recognition in the international tourist community and is a significant event in the field of tourism business. The main characteristic feature of the MITT is the fact that it has become a proven platform for business communication, especially for the tourism industry professionals. It is here that the tourist market players announce and make public all the new and exciting that was created in anticipation of the coming tourist season: new programs, new prices, and new routes.

Facts and figures of the MITT exhibition:
Floor area: about 57 000 sq. meters in 9 exhibition halls and pavilions
Participants: about 2 000 companies from 198 countries and regions of the world, and more than 8 000 employees serving the stands
Visitors: 73 765 people (MITT 2013, four working days) from 78 urban regions of Russia and from 100 countries, 74% of visitors being the professionals in the tourism business
Media-support: 387 journalists, 84 editorial offices, and 7 press agencies covering the MITT news and events
