On the 28th of July at a solemn ceremony in the Naval Cathedral of Kronshtadt the ceremony of presentation of photo album Cities Heirs of Byzantium to the city Kronshtadt took place. The participants of the ceremony highlighted the importance of study and preservation of the cultural heritage of Byzantium, the monuments of this era.

The representatives of the International Foundation Metropoli expressed to the administration of the city and personally to the Head of Kronshtadt Mr. Meshcheryakov T.V. sincere appreciation for the tremendous work, invaluable in its importance, to preserve the cultural heritage of Russia - the work on the restoration of the Naval Cathedral of Kronshtadt. They noted that the selfless work of the city administration demonstrates intelligence, honesty and spirituality of Russians who love, know and promote their culture.
