On 16 December 2015 during the IV International cultural forum in Saint Petersburg, was signed the memorandum with Vladimir region, cities Vladimir and Suzdal, of joining the ACEB Association.

During the meeting Natalia Mai, the President of tourism committee of region`s administration, has discussed with representatives of ACEB Association long-term plans for the year 2016.
